Course Title: The Neurological Benefits of Meditation

This course explores the science and practice of neurologically-based meditation. Through weekly lectures, small group discussions, and guided practice, students will examine how intentional meditation can positively alter neurological patterns and promote emotional clarity.
Students will participate in Zoom-based meditation sessions, lead their own practice groups, and submit reflective reports on their experiences. Emphasis is placed on developing personal proficiency while understanding the measurable cognitive and emotional benefits of meditation.
Requirements:
Weekly lecture engagement and discussion
Participation in group and self-led meditation sessions
Submission of written and/or recorded reflections
